Kirkukis celebrate Newroz in Belgium

Kirkukis (people originally from Kirkuk) living in Belgium organized a ceremony to celebrate Newroz on Monday.

Artist Hussein Kakai, a Kirkuki who lives in Belgium, told PUKmedia, that the Kirkuk people organized this celebration on a wonderful evening on Newroz (Kurdish New Year).

"A Kurdish musical group presented wonderful musical performances that dazzled the European audience and the Kurdish community," Hussein said.

Hussein also said that during the celebration he displayed his paintings.
