President Bafel, al-Amiri Stressed Importance of Taking Appropriate Measures to Preserve Iraq's Stability

PUK President Bafel Jalal Talabani and Hadi al-Amiri, leader of the Fatah Alliance.

Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), met in Baghdad with Hadi al-Amiri, leader of the Fatah Alliance.

During the meeting, which was also attended by Iraqi Justice Minister Dr Khalid Shwani, the two sides iscussed the latest security developments and ongoing efforts to prevent further deterioration of the situation in the region.

Both sides stressed the importance of taking appropriate measures to preserve stability in Iraq.
