PUK President, National Wisdom Leader Underscore Importance of Keeping Iraq Out of War

Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), met in Baghdad with Ammar al-Hakim, leader of the National Wisdom Movement.

During the meeting, which was attended by Iraqi Justice Minister Khalid Shwani, the two sides discussed the ongoing war and rising regional tensions, as well as their potential impact on Iraq.

Both sides underscored the importance of keeping Iraq out of that war and working towards resolving crises through peaceful and diplomatic means.
