Salih stated that the Kurdistan Region sold an average of 11.825 million barrels of oil in January, but at a cost of 60$ per barrel, $20 less than the real price of Brent oil.
"The local revenue of Sulaymaniyah last month was 86 billion dinars; with Erbil and Duhok, it was 270 billion dinars; and the allies provide 270 billion dinars," he continued.
"We see that the salaries are distributed till February 28 unfortunately," he stated.
The KRG has published the January list of salary payments of the Kurdistan Region's institutions. According to the list, the salary payment will end on February 28 which means that some institutions will receive their January salaries at the end of February.
