Iraqi journalist and author Inaam Kachachi is nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature 2022.
Inaam Kachachi is one of the Iraqi authors who has lived in France for years and received several awards, including the International Prize for Arabic Fiction.
Inaam Kachachi is an Iraqi journalist and author, born in Baghdad in 1952. She studied journalism at Baghdad University and worked in Iraqi press and radio before moving to Paris to complete a PhD at the Sorbonne
She has been writing novels since 1980, and many of her novels tell the story of Iraqis living in exile or the story of Iraqis who fled Iraq to Europe.
Kachachi recounts the suffering of the Iraqis who fled their country. He owns several novels, including "Sawaqi al-Qalb", "The American Granddaughter", "Tashari", "Al-Nabitha".
