First Digital Business conference to be held in Slemani

The first Digital Business Conference in Slemani will be organized by a group of young people with knowledge in the field of digitals in collaboration with the Directorate of Culture and Youth of Sulaymaniyah.

This conference will cover a variety of significant subjects and with the participation of experts in the field of digital business, digital marketing, and digital arts. 

At the conference, the representative of those companies that work in the field and some government officials will be attended. 

The conference will take place on 21st May 2022 in Culture Hall in Sulaymaniyah.

The conference purpose

Nowadays, the world of digital business in all of its manifestations is a critical component of every business.

We are connected to this world directly or indirectly through the internet and technology, and it is a part of the lives of the majority of us. As such, we as Kurds must benefit from this world in the same way that European countries do, and we should leverage this development both within and outside our region.

In Kurdistan, business advisers and digital marketing specialists recognize that there are several problems and delays in managing and expanding digital businesses, online marking, and online payments. As a sequence, they believe that the time has come to host this conference in order to raise awareness among project owners and young people about the importance of starting digital enterprises and creaing work possibilities for others. 

Additionally, to be aware of the technologies and innovations occurring in contemporary digital markets and to facilitate online marketing globally, particularly in the aftermath of the Covid-19 virus's spread, by discussing and highlighting the major issues and roadblocks encountered in online business and payments. 

it should evaluate the technical features and factors of growing this form of company in Kurdistan, as well as the experiences of successful firms and nations in the digital business sphere.

Another primary objective of this conference is to provide career possibilities and raise public knowledge about digital marketing. Thus, this conference will serve as an initiatory step toward opening these subjects, after the conference concludes, our efforts to popularize this subject will expand through the distribution of short informative influential videos by domestic and foreign experts, as well as providing information updates and working on the project's development will be a planned duty.
