US Consulate says that it will continue to protect Kurdistan's heritage

The US Consul General in the Kurdistan Region, Robert Palladino, and his accompanying delegation visited the Slemani Museum.

Hashim Hama, the director of the museum told PUKmedia that the US Consul General visited the Museum on Thursday, and explored all the different sections, especially the prehistoric hall, which was established in cooperation with the US government and cost 50 thousand dollars.

For its part, the US consulate said in a statement that the United States will continue to work with its Kurdish friends to protect Kurdistan's antiquities and heritage.
