PUK President, Babylon Movement Secretary-General Reaffirm Commitment to Constitutional Deadlines

PUK President Bafel Jalal Talabani and Rayan al-Kildani, leader of the

Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), met in Baghdad with Rayan al-Kildani, Secretary-General of the Babylon Movement.

The meeting was also attended by Qubad Talabani and Darbaz Kosrat Rasul, members of the PUK Political Bureau. Discussions focused on the steps required to form a new Iraqi government.

Both sides emphasised their commitment to adhering to constitutional timelines for the formation of the government and the election of the President of the Republic.
