PUK President Congratulates Iraqi Judiciary on Iraqi Judiciary Day

Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), has congratulated Faiq Zaidan, President of the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council, on the occasion of Iraqi Judiciary Day, praising his role in upholding the rule of law and preserving stability in the country.

The PUK President's message read:

On the occasion of Iraqi Judiciary Day, I extend my warm congratulations to Mr Faiq Zaidan, President of the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council, as well as to all members of the judiciary and legal institutions. I commend their national role in upholding the rule of law.

On this occasion, we recognise and appreciate your continued efforts to strengthen the principles of justice and the independence of the judiciary, to bring parties closer together, and to preserve the stability of our country.

We in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) fully support your efforts to safeguard the constitution and to protect the rights of all ethnicities and communities.
