PUK President Bafel Jalal Talabani's meeting with Muthanna al-Samarrai, leader of the Azm Alliance.

Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), received Muthanna al-Samarrai, leader of the Azm Alliance, in Dabashan, Sulaymaniyah.

The meeting, attended by PUK Vice President Rifaat Abdullah and Nizar Amedi, a member of the PUK Political Bureau, emphasised the need to adhere to the constitutional deadlines for the formation of Iraq’s new government.

The PUK President stated that the forthcoming Iraqi government must be capable of addressing the country’s challenges and responding effectively to the demands of the people.
