A talented young man from east Kurdistan (northwestern Iran) has made a folkloric house for himself in a cave.
Shahrayar Nazari, 34 years of age, graduated from the Art Department of Asfahan University. He has been working for the last 16 months to finish this home for himself which is located in a village in Kermanshah province.
Nazari's home has attracted the people of his area, and even many tourists from other Iranian cities come to see the house.
All the equipment inside the house, from furniture, dishes, heating objects, and light, are heritage pieces and their history dates back to 50 years ago. No modern equipment has been used in the house.
Nazari wants to expand his project in the future to rebuild the old version of his village from fifty years ago.
