Kurdish songs, dancing in Baghdad festival

The Iraqi capital Baghdad held a festival for Kurdish songs and dances under the title (Kurdish songs sung in Baghdad.. For peace we sing) with the participation of a large number of Kurdish artists.

The supervisors of the festival find these events very important to introduce the civilization and culture of the people of Kurdistan and the Kurdish arts and to promote brotherhood, harmony and peace among all components.

For his part, artist Haval Khanaqini said in an exclusive statement to PUKmedia: "I am very happy to participate in this important festival, and this is my first participation in a big and important festival like this one in the capital, Baghdad."

"This festival is very important to introduce Kurdish art and civilization, so that everyone knows that we, the Kurds, have our own culture and art, like all other components," he added.

One of the festival's guests said: "We are very pleased that this beautiful festival was organized in the capital, Baghdad, which contributes to strengthening brotherhood among all components, and we hope that such a festival will continue in the future."
