Slemani International Film Festival to start on Friday

The fifth edition of the Slemani International Film Festival is scheduled to start on Friday, with the participation of films from more than 30 countries.

The festival, which will be held in Slemani, the capital of culture in the Kurdistan Region, is the largest film festival in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq and will continue for seven days.

The festival will start at 4:00 pm on Friday, and the first film that will be displayed in the festival will be 'Mali Dalia'. 

During the festival, 142 films form 33 countries will be displayed, including long and short films, documentaries and animation.
