This is the fact that is currently shining so brightly in the region.
A constitutional agreement with Baghdad has long been regarded by the people as the greatest alternative for Kurdistan in terms of oil, budget, and other political issues because it is a prosperous way of life.
The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), the source of the people's ambitions, has long pushed for this constitutional alternative, and it has now triumphed over indifference and anything that serves no useful purpose, becoming the common and recognized policy in both Kurdistan and Iraq.
The first and most essential lesson from what happened in Baghdad is this:
The Kurdish people remain convinced that a force will formulate their wishes, advocate for them politically and democratically, and then consolidate them, and the PUK is confident that its right policies will be implemented and that whatever is done for the people's benefit and to ensure their ability to support themselves will be successful.
