Kurdistan Asayish Reports Five Drone Attacks in 24 Hours

The Kurdistan Region Security (Asayish) Agency has announced that five drone attacks have taken place within the past 24 hours.

In a statement provided to PUKMEDIA, the Kurdistan Asayish reported that on Tuesday, 14 April 2026, a drone strike targeted the refugee camp in the city of Koya at 5:15 pm. At the same time, three additional drone attacks struck a refugee camp in Surdash. As a result of these incidents, one person was killed and two others were injured.

The statement further noted that on Wednesday, 15 April 2026, at 2:16 pm, another drone attack targeted a refugee camp in the Degala district. No casualties were reported from this latest incident.
