Italian Officials Visit Mausoleum of President Mam Jalal

Italian Delegation Visits President Mam Jalal’s Mausoleum.

Tommaso Sansoni, Italy’s Consul General in the Kurdistan Region, and First Secretary Rosamaria Genovese of Italy’s Economic-Commercial and Development Cooperation Office in Baghdad visited the mausoleum of President Mam Jalal, where they were warmly welcomed by Mam Jalal's Secretariat Bureau.

After placing a wreath as a mark of respect and loyalty, Tommaso Sansoni reflected in the memorial book on the longstanding and historic ties between President Mam Jalal and the Italian state, recognising him as a distinguished leader of the Kurdish people and the first president of the new Iraq.
 
In response, the Secretariat of President Mam Jalal thanked the Italian delegation and affirmed that the PUK will continue to support the clear and successful policy of President Mam Jalal with the Italian state.
