The Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) has extended a message of congratulations to the leadership of the Change Movement (Gorran) following the successful holding of their conference and the election of their General Coordinator. The message reads:

To the members of the National Council of the Change Movement,

On the occasion of the successful convening of your conference and the election of the National Council and General Coordinator, we warmly congratulate Mr. Dana Ahmed Majid, the members of the National Council, and all cadres and supporters of your movement.

We hope that the reorganisation and further development of the Change Movement will strengthen your active engagement in the political process in the country and enhance your joint efforts with the PUK and other political parties in the Kurdistan Region, in order to provide improved services to our people and our beloved homeland.
