French Delegation Pledges to Convey the Voice of Rojava and Defend Kurdish Rights

The French delegation's meeting with Rojava officials.
A French delegation visited the headquarters of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria in Qamishli, reaffirming its support for the Kurdish people in West Kurdistan (North and East Syria).
The delegation included Anna Pic, a member of the French Parliament, Vice President of the Socialist Party of France and head of defence relations in parliament, alongside Dylan Boutiflat, International Relations Secretary of the French Socialist Party.
They were received by Ilham Ahmad and Gulistan Ali, co-chairs of the Foreign Relations Department, as well as Dr Abdulkarim Omar, the Autonomous Administration’s representative in Damascus.
MP Pic expressed her happiness at meeting Ilham Ahmed, Co-Chair of the Department of Foreign Relations.
Speaking during the visit, the French delegation said: “We came here to see what is happening in Rojava, to convey the voice of the Kurdish people, and to protect their rights.”
