SDF Announces Withdrawal from Al-Hol Camp

The Media Centre of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have announced the withdrawal of their forces from Al-Hol Camp, citing international indifference towards the issue of the ISIS terrorist organisation and the failure of the international community to assume its responsibilities.

In an official statement, the SDF said the decision was taken after their forces were compelled to redeploy to the outskirts of cities in northern Syria that are facing increasing risks and threats.

The statement emphasised that the continued lack of international engagement regarding ISIS left the SDF with no option but to prioritise redeployment in response to growing security challenges.
