PUK Politburo Member Darbaz Kosrat Rasul's meeting with Iranian CG Faramarz Asadi.

Darbaz Kosrat Rasul, Member of the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), received on Sunday Faramarz Asadi, Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Kurdistan Region, at the Political Bureau headquarters in Erbil.

The two sides discussed the latest developments in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. Rasul outlined the PUK’s position on current regional developments in general.

They also exchanged views on the outcomes of the recent elections and the process of forming a new government in both Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
