Post-Election Dialogue: Qubad Talabani Meets Iranian CG in Erbil

Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Qubad Talabani, met with Faramarz Asadi, Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in Erbil.

During the meeting, they discussed the political process in Iraq following the elections. Both sides stressed the need to form a government that is acceptable to all Iraqi communities and capable of resolving the issues between the Kurdistan Region and Baghdad in accordance with the Constitution.
