PUK’s List 222 Receives Support from Swedish Social Democrats

PUK Politburo Member Rizgar Haji Hama along with the Swedish Social Democratic Party members.
A delegation from the Swedish Social Democratic Party visited the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan’s (PUK) Elections Bureau to express support for List 222.
On the morning of Friday, 7 November 2025, Rizgar Haji Hama, Member of the Political Bureau and Head of the Elections Bureau received the Swedish delegation, which is undertaking a several-day visit to Kurdistan to support the PUK’s List 222.
The delegation, accompanied by senior PUK official Shorsh Qadir Dansaz, includes Torgny Larsson, President of the Swedish Regional Council in Örebro; Carina Oskarsson, Secretary of the Social Democrats in Örebro; Ellen Leijen, Head of Communications for the Social Democrats in Örebro; and Sebastian Lemelius, a member of the Swedish Social Democrats’ Örebro headquarters.
