Qubad Talabani, Supervisor of electoral campaign in Erbil constituency, stated that young people possess sharp memories and clear insight, fully aware of the root causes of their difficulties and those responsible for them. These challenges include issues surrounding salaries, employment opportunities, unemployment, inequality, and the disparity in services provided between regions and citizens.

On Tuesday, 4 November 2025, Talabani met with a group of youth representatives in Erbil, noting that young people clearly understand who is behind these issues and who is capable of resolving them.

He went on to say, “Young people also know which party carries a youthful spirit and is genuinely committed to their future.” He called on those in attendance to “use the remaining time to speak with young people who have not yet decided to take part in the elections, and to encourage them to vote for the PUK’s List 222.”

Talabani concluded, “The PUK is the party of youth; the dreams and aspirations of young people are the dreams and aspirations of the PUK.”
