PUK VP Pledges Realistic and Responsible Representation in Baghdad After Elections

Rifaat Abdullah, Vice President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), held a comprehensive meeting with all legal supervisors and representatives of the Legal Affairs Centre at the Shahid Aram Hall in the Sulaymaniyah headquarters, where he emphasised the importance of conducting a well-organised and unified campaign to ensure the success of the PUK’s List No. 222.
Sarkawt Zaki and Talar Latif, members of the Political Bureau, were present at the meeting. The Vice President referred to President Bafel’s speech at the start of the campaign, describing it as the foundation of his remarks. He stated that the PUK will always act responsibly and nationally to fulfil the difficult duties of Kurdish identity.
PUK VP stated that after the Iraqi elections, the PUK will go to Baghdad with a realistic policy and a more responsible representation that firmly upholds a shared national strategy.
