Oil prices climbed on Wednesday, 10 September 2025, following heightened geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.

Brent crude rose to $67.15 per barrel, up 1.14%, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) traded at $63.37 per barrel, an increase of 1.18%.

The rise came after Israel’s airstrike on Hamas leadership in Doha, Qatar, which briefly unsettled global energy markets. Analysts noted that while the attack added pressure, market fundamentals have so far prevented a sharper spike in prices.

Despite the upward movement, oil prices remain within their recent trading range, with investors balancing supply concerns against global demand outlooks.
