The negotiating delegations of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) convened today, Thursday, 14 August 2025, at the PUK Political Bureau headquarters in Erbil.
In a joint statement, they underscored the importance of earnest efforts to enable the Kurdistan Parliament to resume its normal, lawful functions in September.
