Oil prices held steady on Tuesday following recent gains driven by heightened geopolitical tensions. Brent crude, the international benchmark, was trading at approximately $72.65 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) stood at around $69.23.

The market has been reacting to increased uncertainty after U.S. President Donald Trump issued a firm ultimatum to Russia, raising concerns about potential supply disruptions.
