Global oil prices remained largely stable today, as markets continued to assess the impact of recent geopolitical developments, including fresh sanctions imposed on Russia.

Brent crude, the international benchmark, was trading at approximately $69.40 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) hovered around $67.55. Both benchmarks have been fluctuating within a narrow range of $64 to $70 in recent days.

Analysts say traders are cautiously monitoring supply dynamics and broader market sentiment, particularly amid ongoing tensions in oil-producing regions and uncertainty over global demand. Despite recent drone attacks on energy infrastructure in the Kurdistan Region, global supply remains largely unaffected, helping to keep prices stable.
