Oil prices recorded modest gains today, with both major benchmarks nudging slightly higher.
West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude rose by $0.21, or 0.34%, to close at $61.74 per barrel. Meanwhile, Brent crude, the global benchmark, edged up by $0.23, or 0.36%, to $64.98 per barrel.
The slight increase reflects cautious optimism in the market, as traders continue to assess global demand trends and the prospect of potential supply adjustments by leading producers.
