Iraqi President Abdullatif Jamal Rashid congratulated President Donald Trump on his inauguration as the 47th President of the United States (US).

President Rashid said is his message the President Trump: "Congratulations to President Donald Trump on his inauguration! Wishing him success in leading the United States of America."

"We reaffirm our commitment to promoting security and stability in our region and around the world, while strengthening the ties between our two nations to achieve shared goals and mutual interests," he added.
