PUK, KDP Stress Significance of Understanding for Parliament's First Session

PUK & KDP's meeting in Sulaymaniyah.
The negotiation delegations of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan
(PUK) and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) convened in Sulaymaniyah on
Saturday afternoon, November 30, 2024.
The
meeting occurred at the PUK Political Bureau office in a positive environment,
where both parties deliberated on the post-election phase and the strategies
and preparations necessary for working to serve the interests of the Kurdish
people.
The two delegations involved in the
negotiations expressed their willingness to continue negotiating with each
other and with all other Kurdish parties.
Concerning
the first session of the Kurdistan Parliament, set for December 2, 2024, there
was consensus on the significance of fostering a comprehensive understanding
for the meeting.
