PUK President Congratulates Newly Elected Iraqi Parliament Speaker

Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), offers his congratulations to the newly elected Speaker of the Iraqi parliament, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani.
