A great victory, correcting the course of governance, improving citizens' livelihood, and protecting it can only be done by a great force like the PUK.

The Kurdistan Region is rich in natural resources and a highly attractive destination for tourists, with fertile soil suitable for agriculture. These qualities serve as the basis for constructing a thriving and advanced country that ensures the prosperity of every member of society. However, as a result of deviating from the principles of shared governance and following an unrealistic policy and mismanagement, the Kurdistan Region has experienced economic regression in recent years and is confronted with various serious threats. The lives of its citizens are deteriorating day by day and the status of the Kurdistan Region is becoming weaker. This contradicts the desires of the PUK and the struggle, sacrifices, and tolerance of the Kurdish people. Hence, the PUK has pledged to carry out its historical responsibility for this election by implementing a thorough agenda aimed at safeguarding the structure of the Kurdistan Region, improving the livelihood of the people of Kurdistan, and correcting the course of governance because the PUK is the true founder of the federal system in the Kurdistan Region in 1992. Following the fall of the Ba'ath regime, this system was officially included in the Iraqi constitution through the efforts of President Mam Jalal and the PUK. Therefore, it is now the opportune moment to protect this significant achievement from failure and monopolistic practices.

- The PUK's policy to address the disputes between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the federal government is clear. It firmly maintains that the solution lies in Baghdad, rather than in the capital of a foreign country. In order to safeguard the rights of the Kurdish people and the constitutional rights of the Kurdistan Region, it is essential to establish a lasting agreement with the federal government to address the salary issue of the employees of the Kurdistan Region, as well as all other issues.

- The PUK believes that achieving an independent economy in the Kurdistan Region cannot be accomplished by altogether cutting economic ties with the federal government and directly linking the economic core of the Kurdistan Region to an external entity, as this would eventually lead to the removal of that dynamism. Unfortunately, that actually happened, which is why we prevented the gas from having the same fate as the oil.

- Our unwavering concept is that we are not the sole authority, but all other political forces and parties in Kurdistan are participating in governing the Kurdistan Region based on their electoral merits and prior agreements, as we respect the election results. Political diversity and freedom of parties are at their peak, with all factions being regarded within the framework of democracy and mutual acceptance. Headquarters are not closed or burned, and supporters of other parties are not expelled.

- In our region, the agricultural, industrial, higher education, livestock, tourist, health, and other sectors are seeing significant growth and prosperity has reached the most remote villages on the borders. We aim to expand this growth.

-We strongly oppose arresting journalists for holding different opinions, exercising their freedom of expression, and criticising the government.

The freedom to protest or hold demonstrations is a basic right of all classes. We proved this principle in practice before and we will persist in upholding it.

- Political and diplomatic solutions to maintain peace on the borders and protect citizens are our priorities.

- We consider each spot and city in Kurdistan as our own and refrained from portraying any city or town negatively through the media, because the PUK represents the strength of the entire nation and Kurdistan, and thus sees it as its responsibility to support all the cities, towns, and villages in Kurdistan.

- Our perspective is that citizens have equal duties, rights, and privileges. Privileges are not dependent upon loyalty to a party.

-The PUK does not exploit any community for its own interest and respects their will. It holds the belief that communities should represent themselves.

- We believe that the Internally Displaced Persons should return to their places of origin, as the Iraqi cities are peaceful and there is no longer a necessity for them to remain in the Kurdistan Region. Compelling them to stay goes against ethical and legal norms, and it is not possible to prevent their return for the purpose of financial gain and electoral participation.

- Following the referendum, we undertook significant efforts to designate a Kurdish governor for Kirkuk as promised in the agreement upon which the cabinet was established. However, the other parties, in defiance of the agreement and a patriotic obligation, made significant efforts to retain the imposed governor and continue to endorse non-Kurdish candidates for the position.

- We requested that the Kurds participate as a single party in the Kirkuk elections to ensure greater representation and the appointment of a Kurd as governor, so addressing issues of self-imposition, Arabisation, and demographic change. However, other parties chose to participate independently based on their own narrow party interests, resulting in the Kurds losing a seat in the city due to their selfishness.

This election presents a critical chance, as well as a historical obligation on all of us to seize this opportunity and strive to correct the course of governance in the Kurdistan Region. Let us collectively resolve to correct the political, administrative, diplomatic, and service path in the Kurdistan Region, and save its people from autocracy, self-imposition, and lack of salaries.

- With your vote and support, the PUK is the only force capable of delivering a worthy and genuine service to the Kurdish people, and effectively addressing all the various threats and crises facing Kurdistan.

-Support us to empower your PUK, as empowering the PUK will guarantee a stronger region and will radically address the salary issue in the Kurdistan Region.

- Join us in implementing the comprehensive program of the PUK, which stems from the hearts of the Kurdish people and includes the interests of all classes. In conclusion, we say: The Kurdistan Region needs a strong force, and with your support, that force has always been and will remain the PUK.

- The PUK is a force and with that force, we can put an end to disorder in the Kurdistan Region.

- Together we can save the people of Erbil and Duhok from one-party rule and oppression.

- Together we can end the sanctions on the provinces of Sulaymaniyah, Halabja, Raparin, Garmian, and Koya districts.

- With a force like the PUK, we can lead the Kurdistan Region toward a comprehensive, peaceful, and service-oriented administration.
