A leader has been appointed for each constituency: Shalaw Kosrat Rasul in Erbil province, Miran Mohammed in Sulaymaniyah province, Barzan Osman in Halabja province, and Ali Oramari in Duhok province.
Pire told PUKMEDIA: "The establishment of the four constituencies was a significant step taken for the Kurdistan Parliamentary elections. It is in accordance with the tenets of democracy.
