On Tuesday, July 2, 2024, Shalaw Kosrat Rasul received Andrew Bizley, the newly appointed British Consul in the Kurdistan Region, in Sulaymaniyah.

The participants engaged in a dialogue regarding the current situation in the Kurdistan Region, including the dynamics between political factions and the effective delivery of public services to the citizens.

The meeting also deliberated on the Kurdistan parliamentary elections, during which Shalaw Kosrat Rasul conveyed the perspectives of the PUK and emphasised that the PUK supports the timely conduct of elections without any postponement for any reason.
