Bafel Jalal Talabani, the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), extended his congratulations to Muslims in Kurdistan, Iraq, and around the globe on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

President Bafel's Eid al-Adha message stated:
