KRG PM: PUK has Prominent, Influential Role

KRG Prime Minister Masrour Barzani.

Masrour Barzani, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, conveyed his congratulations to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) on the occasion of the party's 49th establishment anniversary.

PM Barzani's message to the PUK said:

To the leadership and members of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan

I extend my congratulations to you, your members, and your supporters on the anniversary of the founding of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.

The PUK has a significant historical background and has had a significant and influential role in many phases of our nation's history.

Today, we commemorate the founder of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, the late Mr. Mam Jalal. I encourage you to persist in your efforts to secure legitimate rights and safeguard the accomplishments of our people, while also providing support to the Kurdistan Regional Government.
