Iraqi President in Dubai Expo City for COP28

Iraqi President with UN Secretary General and UAE President.
Iraqi President Abdullatif Jamal Rashid arrived at Dubai Expo on Friday, December 1, to attend COP 28.
He was received by the Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres and the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
President Rashid is scheduled to give Iraq's speech at the Conference.
