Mr. Massoud Barzani, KDP President, 
Dear Deputies and KDP Leadership,

I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all KDP members and supporters on the occasion of the party's 77th anniversary.

On this occasion, we emphasize the importance of resolving political challenges and disputes through productive dialogue. To that end, the people, our allies, and individuals who support our country are eagerly awaiting practical steps from Mr. Massoud Barzani, President Bafel, and other party leaders to re-strengthen the Kurdistan Region's position through unity and shared discourse among Kurdish parties, and to better protect the Kurdistan Region's constitutional entitlements.
