The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) is commemorating its 48th year of existence, and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) Political Bureau sent its best wishes to the PUK Political Bureau, the Supreme Political and Interest Council, members, and supporters.

On the 48th anniversary of the formation of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), we extend our warmest congratulations to you, your members, and your supporters, and we hope that the PUK will continue to grow and improve in the years to come.

On this occasion, we stress the coordination, friendship, and unity of all political forces and parties in Kurdistan to meet the challenges of our current stage, protect the status of the region and our accomplishments, and strengthen the spirit of unity and political unity in the interests of Kurdish citizens. We also highlight the importance of holding elections for the sixth session of the Kurdistan Parliament and strengthening the foundations of democracy.
