President Bafel and Hadi al-Amiri stressed coordination for a stable future

President Bafel meets Hadi al-Amiri in Baghdad

The President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), Bafel Jalal Talabani, and the Head of the al-Fateh Alliance, Hadi al-Amiri, met in Baghdad.

At the meeting, which focused on understanding and resolving issues on the basis of the Constitution, Rafaat Abdullah, a member of the Political Bureau's Executive Board of the PUK, and Khalid Shwani, a member of the Political Bureau, were present. The most recent developments were also addressed.

Another topic covered at the discussion was the problems between the Kurdistan Region and Iraq as well as ways to end the tensions; both parties highlighted the need to coordinate efforts for a stable and promising future.
