Fourteen Kurdish parties: Article 140 must be implemented

Article 140's implementation is supported by 14 Kurdish parties
Aso Mamand, Executive of the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), met with the leaders of the Kurdish parties in Kirkuk Governorate on Tuesday at the Political Bureau's headquarters in the city.
They emphasized the unity of Kurdish parties during their discussion of the situation in Kirkuk and the disputed areas to find a solution that extends beyond the current reality of Kirkuk and the disputed areas.
As they discussed all of the matters that are currently affecting the citizens, the Kurdish parties stated clearly that they support all of the citizens' demands and wishes and that they will act practically within this framework.
The Kurdish parties in Kirkuk have come to an understanding on every matter to resolve and end the ongoing administrative and security issues that impact the locals of Kirkuk and the disputed areas.
The key points of discussion at the meeting were the implementation of Article 140, which is on Mr. Mohammed Shia' Sudani's agenda, as well as the issue of Kurdish legal and constitutional rights, farmers' agricultural lands, holding elections, and holding elections.
