President Rashid: We will endeavor to reconstruct Mosul and enhance living circumstances

President of the Republic of Iraq, Abdullatif Jamal Rashid, arrived in the province of Nineveh on Wednesday to inspect the situation in the city and its citizens.

President Rashid visited the provincial building after his arrival and had a discussion about the situation of the province with the governor of Nineveh, a number of staff members of the provincial council, MPs, and security agencies.

President Rashid emphasized the value of Nineveh to the Iraqi economy and agriculture while speaking of the need to reconstruct Mosul, saying: "Efforts should be done to return Mosul to its previous state and solve its problems and enhance living circumstances for its citizens."
