Slemani digitalizes health system

The Director-General of Health in Slemani announced that they will digitalize the health system and citizens can benefit from health services in any health center with a card.

"The health system will be digitalized and health centers will become electronic and citizens will be monitoring health care and medicines... beginning from today, the history of the health sector in Slemani will enter a new stage," Dr. Sabah Hawrami, Director-General of Health in Sulaimani, said in a press conference on Wednesday. 

"Although the project is difficult because it is electronic and because we have not hired new employees, some of the employees are not familiar with the new system, but we will not give and will continue to train them and will run the project with the efforts of all," he added.

He also pointed out that the project is being funded by foreign organizations.
