Ezzadin Mustafa Rasool Cultural Center opens in Slemani

On Sunday, The cultural center of the Kurdish writer Ezzadin Mustafa Rasool was opened in Slemani.
KRG Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani and several political, literary, and intellectual figures attended the ceremony.
Raouf Othman, director of the center, told PUKmedia, "We are inaugurating the Ezzadin Mustafa Rasool Cultural Center, who was a Kurdish writer, researcher, and historian in the beloved capital of culture and literature, Slemani."
"The center contains a huge library full of effective books dealing with intellectual and literary studies, in addition to meeting rooms, a hall for study and scientific research for students of higher studies, and a cafeteria for guests. The center is considered one of the most important centers in Iraq."
University professor Dilshad Mustafa told PUKmedia that "the cultural center is an important addition to Kurdish and Arabic culture."
"Ezzadin Mustafa Rasool has Arabic and Kurdish literary and intellectual knowledge and has translations from Russian into Kurdish. Moreover, the center contains valuable archaeological manuscripts and important references," he added.
It is noteworthy that the opening of the center comes on the anniversary of the departure of Ezzedine Mustafa Rasoul two years ago.
