For the first time in Iraq and the Kurdistan region, a company will be FIFA's agent for the 2022 World Cup.
The company will be selling World Cup tickets directly in the Kurdistan Region. The 2022 World Cup is scheduled to be held in Qatar.
Rebin Khasraw, director of Moonline Company, told PUKmedia that as FIFA's representative, their company will be selling World Cup tickets which are now ready for anyone who would like to attend the World Cup games.
"The contract was signed in last February, but because there was so much time left, we thought it would be good to officially announce the selling of FIFA's World Cup tickets today."
Khasraw also stated that tickets include the Kurdish language alongside other languages written on them, describing it as an important achievement for the Kurdistan Region.
In terms of the number of tickets, Khasra announced that the number of tickets has not been determined yet and anyone who buys the tickets can get Visa and all traveling preparations to participate in the 2022 World Cup.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to be the 22nd running of the FIFA World Cup competition, the quadrennial international men's football championship contested by the national teams of the member associations of FIFA. It is scheduled to take place in Qatar from 21 November to 18 December 2022.
