Halabja receives 100 artists from other Iraqi governorates

On Thursday, a 1-day plastic art exhibition was held in Halabja... 100 artists from the governorates of Iraq participated.

In cooperation with the Iraqi Obsessions Organization for Arts, the General Directorate of Culture and Arts in Halabja held an exhibition of plastic art.

Artist, Adnan Abdul-Qadir al-Rassam, one of the participants in the exhibition, told PUKmedia, "we, as artists of the Kalar district, participated in the exhibition, which represented normal life and peaceful coexistence among the Iraqi society with all its sects and minorities."

"We participated in the exhibition at the invitation of the organizers, and what caught my attention most is the cheerful faces of the kind people who held this exhibition in the Kurdistan Region," he added.

As showing gratitude, shields of creativity and certificates of appreciation were distributed by the supervisory committee to the participants.
