Sulaymaniyah's Amna Suraka receives Babil artists

A joint exhibition of Babil and Sulaymaniyah artists was held at the national gallery of Amna Suraka in the Sulaymaniyah Governorate.

The 3-day-event was launched to display a group of aesthetic arts to spread a humanitarian message for connecting different societies around the world.

Artist Ayad Al-Zubaidi, Head of the Society of Fine Artists in Babil, stated: 28 artists from Babil and 9 artists from Sulaymaniyah participated in the launch of the "28-1" plastic art exhibition to link artistic communication between the two cities and spreading a humanitarian message connecting societies in the different parts of the world."

Muhammad Fattah, Director of Culture and Arts in Halabja, stated: "We are pleased with our guests from Babil Governorate, to hold this fascinating exhibition with the participation of Sulaymaniyah artists, displaying oil and pencil paintings and ceramic sculptures that represent the unique Iraqi art."
