Slemani commemorates renowned Kurdish artist Hassan Zirak

The 50th anniversary of the death of Hassan Zirak, a prominent singer-songwriter from East Kurdistan in Iran, was commemorated in Slemani in the presence of the governor of Slemani and some artists from East Kurdistan and the Kurdistan Region.

The fifth wife of Hassan Zirak, Raba Khan, and her children were present at the ceremony. 

During the ceremony, several songs of Hassan Zirak were sung by Kurdish artists.
