Deputy PM and Albanian PM discuss stronger cooperation in culture, tourism and investment

Deputy PM and Albanian PM meet in Greece.
Qubad Talabani has held discussions with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama focusing on strengthening bilateral relations across key sectors, including culture, tourism, and investment.
During the meeting, both sides explored opportunities to deepen ties between the Kurdistan Region and Albania, with an emphasis on expanding cooperation and fostering mutual development.
PM Rama also commended the Kurdistan Region’s balanced and neutral approach towards ongoing regional tensions involving the United States, Israel, and Iran.
The two officials expressed optimism that Washington and Tehran can resolve their differences through dialogue under the current ceasefire framework, contributing to broader stability and peace in the region.
Talabani expressed his appreciation for the official invitation extended to him and conveyed his anticipation of an upcoming visit to Albania, aimed at further consolidating relations between the two sides.
